How do I know my size?

We understand it can be difficult to choose the right size when shopping online. That’s why we’ve included a detailed sizing guide below each product to help you find the perfect fit.

What payment methods do we accept?

How do I take care of my item?

We recommend washing all garments inside out at 30°C, with similar colors separated to preserve quality and color.

Shipping & Delivery

Where is my order?

To track the status of your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. For pre-order items, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided in the product description.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipping is not yet available to America, Africa, Australia, or Asia. Shipping costs vary by region and are shown at checkout.

Why hasn't the tracking info been updated?

Shipping labels are occasionally created before the items are shipped, leading to delays in tracking updates. If you encounter such delays, rest assured that your order is in progress.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

Only if your order has not been shipped yet, you can update the shipping address by contacting us at Desire12088@hotmail.com with your order number and the corrected address details.

What if my package is lost?

Once an order has been shipped, it’s in the care of the carrier, who is responsible for its delivery. If your tracking shows the package as lost or delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly to open an investigation or claim. While we’re not responsible for lost or missing packages, we’ll gladly support you throughout the process. Once you’ve contacted the carrier, please email us at Desire12088@hotmail.com
with your order number and the carrier claim reference, and we’ll provide any details or documents needed to help resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To start a return, please email to desire12088@hotmail.com or enquir on through Instagram.

Can I exchange an item?

If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return the one you don't want. Once it's received and processed, you'll be refunded. You can then place a new order through our website.

Do I have to pay for the return shipment?

We completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This is because we provide detailed size charts to help you choose the right size and ensure the best fit before placing your order. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
